What inspired me to make my abandonment art pieces was the feeling that I was going to be left behind in my family. I was motivated by mom because she has to take care of me and my sister by herself. I wanted to show that being abandoned is not fun and it is sad. So I chose cats, dogs and hamsters to show this. The dogs and hamsters got adopted faster than the cats did. So I decided to show that when two best friends find each other at a pet store there's always that third pet friend you can find. This art piece took four weeks to complete and it took longer than I had planed. My strongest art behavior would have to be artist grow and develop art making skills. I learned not to use so much materials and to not take so long to get my art piece done. This had really strong feeling to me because I felt sad as I made it.

What inspired me to do my frustration piece was me being on crutches. I was motivated by my friends telling me it looked good but I wanted to show the true meaning of frustration by the colors I used in my art piece. Then when I came back and more of it was completed I showed my classmates and they said it looks great and keep up the great work so I did keep up the great work. I tried to use things I haven't used before and it took a little longer to complete but not as long as my first art piece was. I believe that my frustration played a key part in deciding why I made this art piece. I didn't let my friends say that what I was using and doing was wrong and I continued on working until it started to look better. I made this art piece have a stronger meaning than the last one I made that is not as quite as meaningful as this one was.

What inspired me to do the 4 pathways was I wanted to be able to go on more than one path. So I decided that I would make this for my third project. I used angles on the buildings and the road. I was motivated by the idea of doing this because I haven't tried doing it on the materials I picked out that I was going to use. I talked with my art teacher and asked if this was a good idea and she said yes but I needed to make it more meaningful. I spent a week on blending techniques before I added color to it. It took longer than I had expected it to take because I was sick this week. This one was tougher because I had no experience in blending colors together.

What inspiered me to make this was no matter how much negative feeback I got on the art that I wanted to do never when out of my mind and I worked on that art piece. I asked the teacher if this was ok and she said it was as long as I had meaning in it. The fire is to show that my art work is alive and burn good dispite all the negative feedback that I will recieve for it. I was motivated by just looking at the fire extingisher and thinking that it can't put my art work out. It was hard to add white values because I had made it so hard that I rubbed through the canvas so I add some white paint to the lighter areas. The materials I chose for this project were harder than I thought it would be. I feel that I was accountable for this project because I worked on it evrey day since I had been sick after I had got caught up on my other work. I know I made connections with the fire and fire extingisher.
